Chiltern Trades exists because too many lead platforms treat tradespeople like a commodity: vague jobs, unclear outcomes, and fees that don’t match the value delivered.
We do it differently. You get a brief job overview first (rough location + job type) in WhatsApp. If you accept, you preauthorise a fixed fee (around £25) and unlock the full job details. You’re only charged when a visit is confirmed.
This model protects trades from time-wasters, and it helps customers get quicker, more reliable responses. It’s good business on both ends.
We’re a small team focused on getting this right. We’re rolling out in phases across the UK, and trades who join early get priority as demand ramps up.
